I suppose shots per touch in the offensive end would be an interesting stat to have to further study this issue. "Usage Percentage" (Usg%) may help - it estimates team plays used by a player while he's on the floor. Scroll down to "Advanced." As with most of his metrics, Dorsey's Usg% has popped significantly from last year. (He's playing 50% more mpg, too.)

How many ways to spell "B-A-D" for this 1-8* squad? Can't rebound, can't score inside, can't defend inside - for starters . . .. EFG% - 321st 2FG% - 317th Opp 2FG% - 326th Rebounding % - 321st
* + 2-0 vs d3.

Shouldn't overlook the smaller but important contributions of Foreman and Wright, energizer bunnies who have been disruptive at the defensive end and kick up the pace when the team needs it. Magarity has slotted them in very effectively.

Unlike her MBB counterpart, Magarity has a bench, and seems to know how to use it.
Seven players average between 20 and 30 minutes. Foreman and Wright average 10 apiece.

Very lackluster win. We will need to be a lot better to compete with Vermont.

Berger with another plus all-around effort. 3-3 from the floor, team-high three assists (from the high post), setting screens, boxing out.
McCormack 4-5 (2-3), 10p. Allen 4-7, 9p.

Lowell with thirteen turnovers, HC just five. Main reason Crusaders is +6 FGA. Defending and shooting much better in the second stanza.

Tied , 19-19, 6m to go in the half. Lowell with ten TOs keeping us in it.

UML, 16-13, after one. Crusaders shooting poorly, including three open layups. UML made its first six shots, just 2-8 since.
Foreman and Flanagan miss bunnies to start the 2nd quarter

We were not ready for this game defensively.
Berger's foul problems have hurt. She needs to give us a big fourth quarter.
