Can someone remind me when we should expect these offers to turn into commitments?

a lot of emphasis on the D side of the ball with these offers:
13 - DL 8 - DB 8 - LB 11 - TE/DE (who knows where they ultimately play)
Only 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 5 QBs
6 OL 4 OL/DL 3 DB/WR
Second biggest category is 12 ATH.
Not sure what any of that tells us, but the quality of the offers in terms of how many other offers these players are getting is pretty darn high. If they can get their % of these kids..........

It seems that this early in the process the higher quality kids are identified and offered. As we can see from their other offers. As a gross generalization, these are the kids we really really want but it is a VERY long shot for us (HC) to land them verbally (given their other FBS, CAA, IVY, etc. offers) and hold them till early NLI in December.
Later in the process - if it goes like last year - you'll see offers to kids who have lower offers or no offers at all. We'll have more success at this stage if we follow last year's trend.
Obviously, we'd like to flip the script from last year and land the quality athletes early.
(Of course there are exceptions to this and every other generality in life.)

The size of the recruits is clearly getting bigger. Now, if their speed is also getting faster, AND if they decide on HC we are in very good shape!

I’d love to see us (re)establish a pipeline from St X in Cincy and with St X in Louisville as wel I think Mark Massa who played late '70s was from Cincy and helped recruit from Catholic schools there. Absolutely should get the pipeline going again.

Have we gone back to check on how many of that first 100 (could we characterize them as "reach" recruits?) signed with HC? Last year, I would guesstimate 0 or thereabouts of the 100 ultimately signed with HC. This could actually be a good comparison as we see how many of these 'with other offers' first 100 guys ultimately sign with us.
