None of these pro minor-league sports organizations could hold a candle to HC basketball as "Worcester's team" if it had/does join(-ed) the BE.

Worcester is not currently, nor likely soon to be, a sports town. Maybe not as a destination as suggested in the article. Still lots of fan interest in the city, but are part of the Boston market
