Jaworski looks like a real confident kid with great range and a quick release, didn't see a lot of ball handling skills to determine point guard capability, appears was probably used more as a shooting guard. Biggest thing we have to offer point guard prospects is immediate playing time, based on current roster there is a real possibility that whomever is the PG recruit this year will start as a frosh. Can't afford a mistake with this scholarship

Should we be writing off Pat Benzan this quickly? Did we see enough of him as a frosh to make a firm determination about his potential?

I saw nothing last year that gives me any confidence that Benzan will be an adequate PG but I would love to be proven wrong

The scouting report would make you believe that Jaworski was headed for the ACC --then it concludes with a projection of D2 or D3.......; HC staff may see something COBL is missing Here's the obligatory highlight reel - gotta say, I like the quick release on the catch-and-shoot and the court headiness initiating and finishing back doors and the give-and-go. Can see what interests our staff. Believe he and Faw are AAU teammates this year. Hoops, what do you think? Similar to previous point recruits seen here, can score at all 3 areas: 3s off the catch and dribble, inc deep ones mid range off the bounce, pretty quick release Finishes with floaters and all the way, left and right hands the few assists that were shown display good vision, quick passes off the dribble, lefty and righty, including one hand passes, helpful for the PO clutch hoops inc one game winner in the playoffs

A hook shot ! i love it Tommy H could tutor him here is his hudl www.hudl.com/athlete/4481231/matt-fawscores in 3 areas 3s off the pass and the bounce mid range pull ups off the bounce finishes inside off the bounce left and right, inc righty dunks, one with a defender near one fine spin move posts up with a righty jump hook puts it on the floor in space, avoids charges off rebounds, tip ins and power finishes the few passes that were shown were effective good timing on blocks

Evans' HUDL www.hudl.com/athlete/4550136/ramar-evansLike the complete game: threes off the catch and dribble, mid range game, the step back to shed a defender, finish at the rim, even one post up showing strength. Use of the left hand, on drives and passes. good vision, ready for the Princeton Offense with his back door passes i will take him Nice picture of Ramar Evans and positive mention (scroll down) of his work last week at the Waukegan Showcase. I think "muscle-bound" is intended as a compliment . . . jwcdaily.com/2016/07/11/hoopla-commentary-on-high-academic-showcase/

Well, there's good news and bad news. The good news is that Harding was named to the first team all-tournament at the BasketBull Summer Championship last weekend. The bad news is that he followed up his performance with unofficial visits to . . . wait for it . . . Stonehill and Bentley. www.newenglandrecruitingreport.com/news/middlesex-magic-win-basketbull-championship?platform=hootsuiteDuring the first live period, Holy Cross issued just one offer. As the second live kicks off tonight, let's hope we get a little more active.

Interesting, WooGray....I notice on NERR he was ranked 7th in Connecticut back in January, which normally would make him a pretty sure bet to be a D-1 prospect. I've seen where some other D-1 schools besides HC have shown interest, but no one has pulled the trigger yet. If he keeps turning in those kind of performances that might change.

In reading the article I think they might be referring to Harding's teammate taking visits to Stonehill and Bentley

I wonder if Jaworski is related to QB Jaws Jaws has three children, Jessica , Jolene, and William. So, the subject could be a more distant relative although I don't think Jaworski is that uncommon a name

Not sure who HC is specifically looking at. Its probably a South Jersey Jazz player:
Baylor, Texas, Bama, Marquette, GA Tech, Memphis, Miami, Northwestern, Holy Cross, Kansas St, Nebraska watching @houdefenders vs @sjjazz

Maybe looking at 6-0 CG Austin Kennedy, who's reputedly a long-range sniper with some point skills. He backed up 2016 Sa'eed Nelson (whom we recruited hard, but lost to American) at St. Augustine Prep this past season. Kennedy had a poor shooting game this morning in the Jazz' win over Houston.
