Massey makes Bucknell a 16 point favorite (76-60) with a 93% chance for the win.

Would be nice to see a Crusader beat a team they are supposed to lose to. Outside of the ladies hockey team beating Maine, really hasn't happened too often.

Beat northeastern and tied Maine - so this would be the 2nd win as an underdog if we manage to beat the Bison (they just beat Colgate by 30 on the road and we lost to the ‘gate in Worcester). Do we have a coach that can have a game plan to make our team competitive tmro ?

When someone brought up Carmody's recruiting, it dawned on me that Gibbons is in the same boat as Bill C was last year. No senior class (one injury and one that just hasn't worked out) and very slim sophomore class (one just coming back, one out for season, one walk on). Playing a freshman point guard and one freshman quite a bit off the bench does lead to inconsistent play. Nice to have won the last couple, however.

HC is up 36-33 at the half and playing well. Bucknell hit a 3 just before halftime.

HC up on a 3 by Manis 68-64. A basket by BU cuts it to 1 under 3 minutes.

Well HC goes down by 4...much better than the predicted (by Massey) 16 point spread. This was one HC could have won...a close loss is little consolation.

Not always happy with a close loss, but from the comments here, was different from the close losses (and even a win or two) where the decisions/plays made at the end of those previous games left a lot to be desired. Hope the team continues to play at what appears to be a higher level.

I did not see this one but the team clearly played well - but, this one was there to be won as Bucknell did not play well in the last minute - from the Bison write-up, they scored only one point on three consecutive possessions (vs. zero by HC) - I call that an opportunity lost
"After Holy Cross cut the lead to 72-71 on a layup by Swords with 1:08 to pay, the Bison went just 1-of-2 from the line on three consecutive possessions. They held the Crusaders to a missed 3-pointer, a turnover, and another missed 3-pointer following those possessions."
