Is there a Question and Answer opportunity? If so, would it be bad form to throw a temper tantrum about coach's continuing fascination with the counter-productive sacrifice bunting?

Ottavino, of course, played for Coach D at Northeastern.

I believe he recently said that he would strike out Babe Ruth That would be a good question for Saturday. Here's a story about the Babe Ruth quote. weei.radio.com/blogs/alex-reimer/red-sox-target-adam-ottavino-says-he-would-dominate-babe-ruth-and-hes-absolutelyI have almost finished Jane Leavy's new book, "Big Fella, Babe Ruth and the World He Created" which detail some of his culinary excesses. The book tells Ruth's life story while tracking a barnstorming tour he and Gehrig went on following the 1927 season. It allows her to place him in the context of the time while working in details that many hagiographies have ignored. It doesn't go into detail about his career, perhaps because that story is so well known, but rather mostly covers his off the field activities with a great deal of detail about his finances. Leavy's biography of Sandy Koufax was similarly constructed. There she told his story in the context of his perfect game.

After his strong summer, possibly Alex Volpi will be a solid contributor with his bat.

FWIW I follow the UCONN board too, and baseball is in their Other Sports thread too.

Does anybody know if we can watch the game vs Baylor? Also does anybody know about purchasing season tickets? I've looked around and the only reference I see is you can watch it on Facebook Live (Big12 Baseball Page). I went to their FB page and didn't see anything. I'm not much of a FB user, maybe it will just show up at 6:35.

Free means free to get in because the best team on campus is considered a non-revenue sport at the PL level. FB, MBB, WBB, and hockey are the "revenue sports".
