Both Nelson and McInerney (along with Clayton Le Sann and Maddie Smith) talking about preparing for the season to come.

Long, but worthwhile All 4 participants were verbal and impressive. Solid Insight into who Brett Nelson is and how he fits into HC. One strange item. Nelson said something about the “13 players”. I thought there are 15. 15 are still on the roster on the web site.

Was he speaking about 13 scholarship players? ...or perhaps there are 2 out for a time with injuries?

I haven't listened yet, however I think we only have 12 scholarship players as no one got Grandison's scholarship. Unless either Lovisolo, Yeutter, or Hart got a one year gift, the current make up is 12 scholarship and 3 walk-ons

Well, if the three Incoming recruits are on the scholarships we expect, there can be only 11 on current scholarships with losing only one scholarship in LeSann, in order to give us 13 for next season.

We have three 2020s coming in, and only one current player (Le Sann) leaving. That would make 14 scholarship players. At least one player on the roster that we think is a scholarship player, isn't

I have now heard all of the PODCAST. When he said it feels like he has 13 freshman, he might be saying that most of the team is still competing for playing time. I would think that AB has his time secure. Perhaps there is one other the coach sees in similar way....just guessing.
I wish the podcast were in smaller segments - a 60 minute chunk of time is a bit much...with no visual component or commercial breaks.

Verbal commits as HC listed as negative one spots available for next year. Either way, not sure who the 13 players are that Coach Nelson was referring to.
