The Men's team at 1-10 are the warm up act for the 5-3 Women in the Sunday Doubleheader. Depth and health are issues, but am looking forward to the WBB PL season with HC in the hunt like FB was this fall.

I guess it depends on how you define a “bad loss”. Other than their loss to Holy Cross, all of their losses were to teams ranked number 90 or better. Their two recent losses were to number 40 and number 19. A couple of the losing margins were bigger than expected, but they also played #19 northwestern much closer than expected.
By the way, there is a mistake in the Illinois ranking. Massey actually has them ranked as #137.

Massey has Illinois today at #112. Remember Massey reranks daily now. All I show is the rank on the day I last posted.

Yes, Illinois moved up from number 137 to number 112 with a good win at Missouri last night. The number 100 ranking you had picked up the other day was actually that of Southern Illinois. Southern Illinois also had a good win yesterday and moved up from number 100 to number 93.

Providence being ranked right now 82nd with two losses this week to Ball State and New Mexico shows what I need to see with these ratings
