Who's the worst? Surprisingly not HC.
Old friend Al Skinner left Kennesaw State in worse shape than Bill Carmody left HC- the Owls are 1-22.
Central Connecticut is 2-23, so we're not even the worst in NE presently.
The HBC conferences have several teams with 3 or less wins. Given these two leagues already have made hotel reservations in Dayton, not surprising.
Here's a shockah- the Mercer Bears are 12-13.

/\ Continuing that positive vibe, Kennesaw State, Central Connecticut, and Holy Cross are not the worst D-1 hoops team of all time: "Pomeroy considers the 1991-92 Prairie View A&M Panthers to be the worst Division I team of all time. That team went 0-28 and gave up more than 100 points an astounding 16 times. Its closest loss was by 10 points." And on a hopeful note, the next year the Prairie View A&M team jumped to 1-26 and 20 years later broke .500.

When I think of Prairie View I always think of the great Otis Taylor. I'm guessing the school has had greater success in football than in basketball
