Pushed out/fired at Princeton.
Fired at Denver.
Four years as an assistant for teams that went a combined 54-73 (.425) overall and 24-48 (.333) in conference play.
Hired by Nathan Pine.
Between hiring Carmody at HC, almost hiring Craig Robinson at HC, and hiring Joe Scott at Air Force, those Princeton guys must really be able to make Nate's head spin in interviews.

Scott was very good at Air Force which by far is the toughest gig of his previous three since they are in the Mountain West playing against nationally ranked San Diego State now. Looking at his track record, the only poor job he did was at Princeton and was only given three years there.

In four years at Air Force, Scott had three poor teams and one good one, the final one which he leveraged to get the Princeton job. Overall, he's a handful of games under .500 as a head coach.
His preferred style of play has been pretty much identical to Carmody's, except slower. We'll see how that works out this go-around.

Enjoyed spending time with him in Belfast. I liked his short tenure at HC. Good luck to him

I believe that it was Scott who spent much of the off season, esp in the summer, working with Jehyve.

A safe, albeit uninspiring, hire by Pine. Similar to Pine's hire with Carmody. Scott won there once before in his final season at AFA, which makes him safe, but he ran his alma mater into the ground and was largely below average to average while at Denver.

Denver would love to return to the average results they had under Scott. Their last two years they are 15-46 with Rodney Billups. They were also 4-25 the year before Scott took over. So average might sound pretty good.
