This excellent pay Site has the country split into 44 pods.for 6 OOC games, men and women.. Games would be played during the long post Thanksgiving semester break. we are in the Northeast Region, playing in the DCU., the Worcester pod Potential opponents: BU, Brown , Dartmouth, Fairfield, Maine, UMass, Merrimack, UNH Teams would not play vs a conference Foe Lehigh and Lafayette play in the Palestra Pod, Possibly playing Nova among others No plane travel for any Team. All teams would stay in local hotels. Here are the details theathletic.com/1980558/2020/08/10/college-basketball-nonconference-schedule-national-covid-19-coronavirus/?redirected=1

nice idea but it will take a lot of organization to put into one site let alone 44; that's before state & local health policies come into play...
It may make sense to create the bubble within the state... it could work in MA & CT; both could allow RI in or vise versa.
I traveled to RI yesterday for medical appointment; the on site Covid screening included the question about being from out of state: MA & CT were exempted i.e. treated as RI residents.

That is not reciprocal. As of last Friday, people coming to MA from RI need to quarantine or have a negative test. RI is the only bordering state no longer exempted from the requirement. Medical appointments like you had yesterday are exempted. Also commuters going to work. I don't think basketball is included in the exemptions. Brown, Bryant, PC, and URI would need to get tested for every game they came to MA for -----------

Because every college will have a budget strain this year I am curious why six colleges would pay to rent a place like the DCU since there will be no fans (I presume) and not control the environment. It would seem to be much more affordable to pick one college gym and chip in to make sure it's properly ventilated (open the exit doors) and clean it between games.
Give the players long johns in team colors but keep the winter breezes blowing in. Perhaps new terms like "wind aided three point shot" will enter the lexicon of basketball scribes.
