I read though most of the article...As I understand the content, Austin B. and Matt F. can, under NCAA rules, return for another season and they will not be counted against the maximum number of scholarships available if HC funds their scholarships. This assumes the Patriot League will endorse the rule change, and the players have classes to take...Also, Louth Coulibaly will have his 4 years of hoops (plus one redshirt year) to play... So I guess, and this is a guess, Austin and Matt can, at their discretion, may pick up a 2nd major or a minor degree and be able to play next season...or graduate on time and play a 5th year as a graduate transfer.....Is this correct?

I don't pretend to be an authority on the matter but that is the way I interpret it. It would also seem to me if the NCAA is going to allow schools to exceed the maximum number of scholarships in '21-'22, they probably will until the current frosh have exhausted their eligibility. Lots of moving parts in this situation.
