HC wins 67-49 and the team is back at .500 (3-3).

Good to get the W. URI is gonna be a whole different experience. Can't come out the same way they did today. URI is a good team.

HC played a real good last 15 mins. Demski w/23 & 6 rebs. Oh what might of been without the knee injuries.

Announcers admitted they had no idea how HC could get hot (after their 6 point 1st quarter). They had expected a winning score in the mid 40s or low 50s. I guess HC;s current 65 was really unexpected. Announcers made no mention of Oluchi Ezemma being a former Miss Basketball of RI, or whatever the State MVP title is called. The boys from Spectrum One in Worcester are all over little factoids like that.

I wish her every success if that is what she chooses to do.

This was a nice win on the road but let’s remind ourselves that good (easy) scheduling has helped - our 2 D.1 wins have come over teams with a combined 0-10 D.1 record

Good to get the W. URI is gonna be a whole different experience. Can't come out the same way they did today. URI is a good team. Couldn't agree more. It was nice see McCormack - thank goodness she is back - and Demski provide a spark but really was hoping to see HC come out and handle Bryant from start to finish. URI is probably the best team in New England outside of UConn. Home court will help but things could get ugly if HC doesnt bring its A game on Thursday.

In high school, she was the first student-athlete in program history to win All-State honors three years in a row, and win the Gatorade Player of the Year award in back-to-back years!

She is limited by being a 5'11" power forward in D-1, but when she is even close to being evenly matched underneath she shines. Nice to watch a player give maximum effort and improve over four years. I think Demski is gaining confidence in her post injury movement and Berger will improve steadily giving us quality minutes in the front court.
