Massey makes Holy Cross a 10 point favorite (66-56) with an 80% chance for the win.
The Bulldogs are currently 0-5 (and play tomorrow against Fischer before taking on HC on Sunday). Their losses were to Iona, MA Lowell, Brown, Michigan St, and Notre Dame. They are clearly not afraid to schedule some tough competition.

My guess is they are required to schedule some tough competition by their athletic department. Michigan State and ND are probably worth ~$20K each in guarantees.
Bryant has a few nice players but overall is pretty weak. Will be another good measuring stick for where this HC team stands.

I would put their facilities at least on par with Holy Cross. And you could say the Holy Cross admin was looking for gimme games with three D-3 games between the two teams.

Given the direction of your typical opinions, you would probably put a NY bus stop on a par with Holy Cross facilities. That doesn't really tell us much about Bryant's facilities.

Well Bryant has a nicer football stadium, just as good weight room off of the football field, a full field indoor facility where games can be held for lacrosse (Holy Cross even had to play a home game there), a baseball stadium and a softball stadium. The basketball facility has chairbacks and working video boards.

Haven't been to Bryant in a number of years but while I know they were doing some athletic construction and the campus is obviously newer than Holy Cross on average, I sure don't remember the football stadium as any great shakes. Been on the campus 2-3 times for business when I was working.
If I have some extra time, I may go up there and take some pictures.
Perhaps 2-3 years ago I might have taken Foley's comments as objective. Today, not so much. Don't I recall correctly that Bryant was the one where one of their athletic buildings under construction collapsed? Uh, yeah:

Bryant has done well since they dropped "and Stratton"🤣😂 Actually I know "Bryant and Stratton" is a chain of for profit career schools and have their place in training America's workforce.

Zzzzzz. Could not care less about Bryant or its facilities. Hopefully we get a new AD who can figure out how to win in a sport besides football. It’s been way too long since that has happened with any consistency in any other sport.

The Bryant football team cannot practice field goal kicking and punting, in Conaty. The ceiling is not high enough.

How many times has that occurred that HC has played a Lacrosse game inside the Bryant facility? Maybe once, who was the opponent and why?
For the HC IPF to have been extended from 100 to 120 yards would have cost an additional $ 6-$7 million dollars. Each ceiling trust, in the IPF cost over $2 million.

The Bryant women beat Fischer 117-38. You might think an 0-5 team would have put on the brakes a bit earlier and shown some Mercy. Holy Cross is still favored over them on Sunday (by Massey), (correction on day thanks to longsuffering)

The game should be on necfrontrow.com which is the site for the NEC Conference. I believe it's all free--similar to the way Stadium used to offer the Patriot League. So we can all enjoy it live and offer commentary with Post-Turkey Day flair.

Thanks Old School and Crucis. You are more up to date than Goholycross.com.😊 I am sure everyone is stretched thin with two games on campus tomorrow, one unscheduled and the other rescheduled. I hope the person who would ordinarily list broadcast information is reaching out to local youth and HS football programs like was mentioned earlier.

The Bryant schedule was updated this afternoon with the video link. When I checked this morning, the Bryant schedule did not have the link. Can’t blame GoHolyCross at this time for not having the link earlier in the day.
The HC schedule has now been updated to reflect the game will be available via NEC Front Row.

BU lost to Harvard today after having a 19 point lead in the second half. New coaching staff struggling a bit. With three other new coaches and Bucknell being super young, there are some wins out there. 4th/5th (3rd?) very doable in Worcester.

BU beat BC, inconsistent might be a better description than struggling.

BU beat BC, inconsistent might be a better description than struggling. Inconsistent may also be true, I agree. I watched them lose to an inferior Yale team and likewise to Maine while instructing players to foul on purpose in the final few seconds of a tie game in which they did not realize (or failed to communicate to players) that the second foul of the two put the opponent on the line for the game winning free throws. BU lost by two. The BC win was a good one but also helped by the head coach's familiarity with BC, an ACC team she knew well from her stint the last several years at Wake Forest. Shared my previous post with the view that these outcomes across the league are encouraging for Holy Cross and may suggest a better opportunity to climb the league this season.
