Maybe some karma. Loyola cancelled Goucher at the last minute to fill a hole in Duke's schedule, eliminating what may have been a highlight of D3 Goucher's schedule.

Not a wise decision. Wonder who takes the blame ? Loyola’s President should be ashamed.

Lehigh challenging HC for the worst half of bball this season - playing at home tonight vs. Albany, they trailed 36-12 at the half - have narrowed the deficit a bit in the 2nd half but still in a big hole The bottom of the PL in basketball is similar to the football scene - embarrassingly bad -

They had not made the Div II NCAA Tourney since 2017 when they lost in the first round.
Shows you how fast you can build a competitive program in Div I when you have the right coach (Billie Gillispie, former HC at Kentucky).

#294 Albany who BEAT Boston College this year. I don't think that 294 number is going to last as they have played a VERY decent schedule. They've played a very average schedule. Guarantee-game losses to Kentucky and Kansas State, offset by close wins over #347 Columbia and #345 E. Illinois. A good win over BC, a bad loss to La Salle,
They're 1-5 against everybody else in between.

I'm sure their players are all experienced transfers from top tier colleges. You can't win on raw talent alone. A coach needs 5 years so he/she has their own players and time to get the players acclimated to the coach's system.

Looks like quite a few guys came over with Coach Gillespie from his days at Ranger Jr. College: tarletonsports.com/sports/mens-basketball/roster
