Men's Golf preparing for tomorrow's Patriot League championship matches (Apr. 28-30) at Hillendale Country Club in Maryland (hosted by Loyola). Christian Emmerich was named PL POTW last week. We won Columbia's Roar-EE Invitational and placed 5th in an LIU tournament last week. My memory could be fuzzy, but it seems as though we are placing higher than usual this season. Egan, Emmerich, and Williams seem to be putting together good seasons and Williams is only a frosh. patriotleague.org/tournaments/?id=370 |

rough conditions today - 56 degrees and a steady rain - halfway thru the 1st round we're in 5th place

Women’s golf finished in 6th (last) at PL championships last week. Richmond won at +10. Bucknell was 5th at +43. We were +83.

Believe it or not our women have shown definite improvement- in the PL tourney there were numerous scores in the 70’s - no seniors were in the lineup
The men are 5th of 8 (altho only one stroke separates 5th thru 8th

The men moved up 2 spots today and are 3rd heading into the final round tmro - their best 4 scores totaled 289 (abt an average score of 72) - don’t think we’ve ever seen that

The men finished in 4th place after a 3 1/2 rain delay. Colgate and Lehigh tied for 1st place. A good showing for the guys in tough playing conditions.

From the results on the HC site it looks like Lehigh won and is headed to the NCAA’s
Our results were really good - Nolan Schuermann finished 10th overall and Matt Williams was 12th. They’re both back next year and the coach has brought in a strong 3 man incoming class.
