Spectrum is taking CBS sports channel off the cable system in Worcester in September, we will not be able to watch the Army game. Everyone should complain to Spectrum that we need that channel. Did you get notified of that change? I haven't heard about it.I'm outside of Worcester, but I think the cable system is the same...

Yes - it’s 11 days out but the long range Weather Channel forecast for Saturday, Sept. 2 in Worcester is intervals of sun and clouds with a high of 78, winds at 5-10 MPH and manageable humidity of 62 degrees. Fingers-crossed.

I was planning to attend the game as we will be returning from a week's vacation in Maine on our way back to central NJ. A stop on Mt. Saint James breaks up the trip nicely. Does anyone have a sense as to how full the parking lots will be up by the Luth or do I need to secure a parking pass?

I am questioning if Merrimack has any football fans? Still lots of tickets for next Saturday.
In that case lets just beat them by 30!

They seemed to have plenty of fans when we played them there. They likely feel like I do for our game in the Yale Bowl: nit going to be a sellout since the stadium is so large, so just show up game day and buy your ticket there.

There is a ticket window at the entrance to the baseball field. I don't go in the McKeon Road gate but they used to have a ticket booth there as well. Not sure if it is still there but guessing they do.

Not a big fan of the food trucks, I gather? I have to think that's another bone the school throws to the local Worcester community.

Also less work/responsibility for the overburdened skeleton staff in Athletic Administration when you contract it out.
I put two and two together when I realized HC has a proprietary food service department not a national food service contractor like many schools now have. I thought it would be good to leverage that asset by offering world class food at all HC sporting events as one variable in Athletics HC could control and excel in.
It turns out two and two equals three because apparently the stress that would put on the staff of HC Dining Services would threaten the good order of their primary mission. So I don't know if it is valid for me to criticize Athletic Administration. Food Truck Operators are entrepreneurs and respond to different incentives than employees so maybe they are the best option for the current economy/job market.

I often thought the opening game at home should be Worcester Day
$ 4 tickets or $10 dollars for a family for seats inside the ten and endzone

Thanks for pointing that out- I hadn’t noticed. So impressive that he had the big block at the line of scrimmage then went downfield for another
