Least curious reporter around who didn't ask about the financial arrangements. Of course it's an ESPN press release with a reporter's face stuck to it. If the PL just bartered streaming rights for streaming on a non-cash basis I'm mildly disappointed but, there aren't other better comprehensive streaming platforms I'm aware of.

ESPN + is not perfect but miles better than Stadium which was truly horrible.

When does ths new extended coverage agreement expire? First contract appears to have been for three years. The renewal might be the same. With the ongoing earthquake in D-1 that EFG has been uncannily correct about combined with the fluidity in TV and Streaming players, I hope they didn't sign for too long. Content is king and PL sports could gain interest especially if an entity tries to challenge ESPN and needs programming fast from unencumbered leagues.

ESPN is a very nice media partner and ESPN+ is fine. Don't like some of the missing camera's and angles as on the goal line that cost us a TD. Congrats to the Patriot League and Holy Cross on the contract extension.

And replay doesn't use the network feed exclusively There is an additional set of replay cameras and typically there are two looking straight down each goal line.
