Next year we play UNH game two and thought another reason this might be of interest is the fact Holy Cross QB Matt Sluka is in the portal too:

All-CAA New Hampshire quarterback Max Brosmer entered the transfer portal on Friday night, On3 learned.

A source told On3 on Friday night that Minnesota will be a school to watch in the quarterback’s portal recruitment. While it’s too early to name a clearcut leader for Brosmer, the Golden Gophers are “in the cards” a source told On3.

Going to be a crazy December in the portal.

If I was a high school senior and had an offer to a school that was a fit, I would take it before the portal opens next week, and the offer disappears.

Good news for us.....sorry bfoley82.....I am somewhat heartened to see that Brosmer will be a grad transfer and isn't leaving the Wildcats in the lurch before graduating from Durham. I "get" these sorts of transfers... not a big fan of the wholesale, willy-nilly movement of all these undergraduates.

And if I was the QB at a place like (5-6) Minnesota and read something like the Brosmer report I wonder if I would think about the portal myself.

Last season stats for Hurleman:

7 rushes for 25 yards
28 catches for 273 yards and 2 TDs
12 punt returns for 77 yards with a long of 13.
5 kick returns for 82 yards with a long of 24.

Has to be a legacy or they’re trying to make a Rudy sequel. He’s a PWO so I guess no risk for ND.
