Only game report/box score I could find on Hare was he had 21/11/5 with the latter being blocks, against St. Andrew’s, a NEPSAC AA school, in the opener.

He runs the floor very well... He looks very different in this video than the kid who looked like a plodder in a video from late last season.

The KIT as it is called, was an 8 team tourney. Perhaps Hare isn’t the project I thought he was from initial appearances. Then again, CDP said he made huge strides last summer. KO is playing in Mass on 1-24 at Beaver Country Day in Newton and 2-5 at The Rivers School in Weston.

Since I live about a mile from KO I'm thinking I should go to a game and scout Mr. Hare.

For those in the Fairfield/Westchester county areas and want to see Chuck Hare, his KO team will be playing in Greenwich on Sat Feb 3 at noon - vs. Greenwich Country Day school which has a D.1 prospect who has offers from A10 and CAA schools

I just looked at the KO website. The rack rate tuition is $46,000 but if both parents work and the family income is 50-100K with no significant assets, tuition is between $1-10,000. Tuition goes up gradually as income brackets rise. That's a pretty good deal. Perhaps better than HC.

In today’s game at KO, Chuck played 26 minutes of the total 32 minutes, sitting out the last two minutes once the game was decided. KO won the game against Millbrook - 82-59.
Both teams were exceptionally quick, and the tempo was fast. Chuck has a very nice all around game that will continue to develop in college.
Chuck scored 18 points, with by my count 5 rebounds, and shooting 2 for 3 from the charity stripe. Chuck passes well in hitting an open man for several assist. He also had a nice euro step and switched hands to score on one of his field goals. He committed two fouls during play, while also having at least one block.
Encouraging is his ability to run the court from end to end. Good hands, but will need to strengthen his upper body and hands to rip and grip regarding his rebounding and play underneath in D1.
Hope to see him play several more times this season.

NERR just released updated State of Connecticut rankings for the Class of '24. (The state has some pretty serious talent in it with Prep Schools like Putnam Science Academy, South Kent and St. Thomas More). Chuck Hare is listed at #24 which I believe is where he was listed in the previous ranking done many months ago. This probably means he has actually improved in the rankings since the last one was done prior to kids transferring into the preps for this school year. Of course there could have been some kids who transferred out but I highly doubt that group would come close to those who were added.

NERR - Feb 8 Chuck Hare is the first name to know from this squad’s class of 2024, as the 6’11” center has already announced his college commitment to Holy Cross. He recently put on a double-double performance in a close win over Pomfret. Hare is known for his post-play and soft hands around the basket.

Someone posts writeups on most of the KO games under the date on their bball schedule at their athletics website. It appears Hare might be averaging 10 points and 7-8 rebounds per game. That is a guess because he usually is mentioned under rebounding recaps but is absent a fair amount of time under the scoring recap of players in double figures. (A sophomore guard named Biggins looks like their leading scorer). Hare’s most impressive game seems to have come very early in the season against St. Andrew’s, a very good A or AA team in the NEPSAC. He had 21 pts, 11 boards and several assts or blocks. I think that has been their toughest opponent by far.

I tuned into Williston Northampton's livestream of their game vs Kingswood Oxford this afternoon and Chuck Hare was in sweats. Not sure how many other games, if any, he has sat out.
