AU's height and athleticism is far superior to what we have.... HC70 in attendance! Road Warrior that he is!!! Unless he's moved since the last time I ran into him (as is quite possible as it's probably been a decade or longer), this is practically a home game for him.

My comments having just watched the game:
1. Holding for one shot with the inefficient offense HC has is problematic. I can't criticize DP for last night as the shot and game clocks were within half a second of one another. However, when there's a 5-10 second difference, I think they should just run their normal sets at their normal pace and take what comes up. 2. They fell asleep at least twice and gave the ball away in the backcourt in the second half. Maybe not having Singleton to sub in and Willis not playing that much (13 min) wore them down. In fact, at the point DP threw up the surrender flag, the bench had played 19 minutes total. 3. See #2. Bad as HC's defense was, clearly DP thought it was worse with Ryan and Louth as they only got 3 minutes each. Louth has regressed....badly.

The turnovers were surprising after three games in which we were positive or neutral in the TO battle. AU’s defense was considerably more aggressive than the previous three opponents, though we did have more unforced turnovers than in those three games.

The two you are referring to didn't exactly look like extremely aggressive D, other than the fact the American guy was there to pick up the ball

I'm pretty sure the scales on the turnovers were tipped very heavily in the carelessness direction vis-a-vis superb defense; especially the first one.

Don't know that he has moved since you saw him, but, yes, this a home game for him.... very short commute!!!
