The game is a gimme; but, then again, last night's Celtics game was supposed to be.

No mention from announcers but looked like 3rd foul on Therrien at the end of the quarter

Down eleven, Holy Cross scores six points in the final minute of the half, and trails 32-27. Janelle 6-9, 13p/5r - everybody else shooting 6-24
Therien (8p/7r) picked up her third foul on the final play.

Good to see quality play from a PL visitor. Halftime interview with the swim team foul shot disruptors had camera shots of a very enthusiastic Hart Center during the B.U. DH. That concept worked. HC fans from all over could have good transportation connections for any future doubleheaders in Boston if this becomes a tradition in the series.

Why did Flanny pass into a turnover when she had a layup?

BPC breaks an eight minute drought but Greyhounds are on fire. A heck of a fourth quarter coming up.

Loyola can't miss and getting the foul calls but BPC nails two threes in a row to keep a flicker of hope alive.

That third quarter may well be the single worst quarter ever played by HC women's hoops. They were scoreless for 8 minutes, had a total of 4 points (had some good shots but could not hit them) and shot 12% from the floor. The coaches will have them ready to go for their next game.

Like the last second loss against Navy at the Hart in the playoffs a couple of years ago, nothing is guaranteed in the PL.

Positive spin...maybe this can be a "wake up" for the women hoopsters like the Merrimack loss was for football a few years back - where they then went on to a league title.

BPC and Allen were 13-29 for HC - everybody else, 5-34.

The game is a gimme; but, then again, last night's Celtics game was supposed to be. Like I said..... Just watched- that was pathetic. When the game was close, early third quarter, three (at least) or four consecutive times down the court, Loyola blocked HC's shot attempt. Essentially turnovers. Stuck on 29 for 7-8 minutes. Most of the game, HC misses were one-and-done. First half vs BU was like that, then they got more aggressive.

First stink bomb in League play - not hurt too badly in the standings as Army, Colgate & BosU also lost.

Lindsay Berger made great improvement from frosh year to soph year - this season seems to have regressed - the only change in our lineup was at guard (Cross graduating) but her playing time has been reduced - with her being the only regular player over 6 ft, it’s critical she gets back on track - the coach has to get her confidence back

Berger is second (Foreman's first) in rebounds and first in blocked shots. Nothing bad there.
Excluding Lehigh where she was 5-8 from the floor, shooting has been off (3-10, 3-8, 1-8)....insists on taking 12-14 footers lately that aren't falling and puts her out of the rebound action.

Donnelly and Munt are shooting .227 and .276. Any improvement there will help down the stretch and in the PLT. They are also logical candidates for increased minutes if any starters have injuries. We have been lucky in that area.
