Surprised that McCormack got the nod over Flanagan.
Foreman led the league in DRtg, was second in defensive rebound percentage, and third in defensive win shares - that plus normal voter eyesight should have made her an easy choice for the All-Defensive team. But apparently no room for the best defender on the best defensive team in the conference - the team that won the conference title.

The health of this team's core may be unprecedented. The top six players were healthy for all 29 games and played in all 29 games except for the two OOC games BPC was out of the country for. Anyone recall that during any other HC season?

Weimar deserved her awards. For a team with two on the first team including the POY and DPOY, BU underperformed. But they have the firepower to win any particular game if they are clicking, so I won't give them any bulletin board material.😋
The three four year seniors won either the regular season or Tournament title in their sophomore, junior and senior seasons. That may or may not be unprecedented as HC had quite a dynasty for a while under Togo and then BG. Not sure if HC was in any league configuration before the PL.
Flanagan is a glaring omission. Her shyness to shoot should be cured next year as she will be the best or one of the best scoring options on the floor. Don't sleep on Cahalan being a force going forward. It's going to be fun to watch Cahalan and Berger getting fed the ball by Flanagan next year.
"They" (which might have been mostly Bob himself) used to call Bob Fouracre "the voice and spirit of Holy Cross" and I think Cara was the spirit of this Crusader edition. Her shooting percentages were a bit off but there is something about her spunk - which may be mostly her performance at 5'3" alone, that may have captivated the voters as it does me. She is definitely worthy of her all league selection to go along with her 2020/21 all rookie team selection.

Yes, coaches make the nominations for all of the postseason awards. However, there is no limit on how many players they can nominate. The only issue might be that if you nominate too many, they might split the vote. Also, the coaches or the SIDs nominate all of the players for the weekly honors for all sports. . In that case, however, you can only nominate one player for a given award. Every now and then, that limitation makes no sense if two players on the same team have tremendous weeks.
