I hope that Liam has not heard of the portal. He transferred from Quinnipiac so he definitely knows about the portal, but having achieved the success he's had at HC hopefully he realizes he's in the right place.

First one ever for HC. Awesome stuff.
** Anyone on here have a pot of money available for Liam's NIL deal? Yes, I'm serious and yes this is a thing at Holy Cross.

There is currently no Hockey NIL Collective at HC. If someone has a job/promotional offer for a player on teams other than MBB and FB, for instance a local Irish restaurant wanted to feature BPC in a local Spectrum TV ad tasting the beef stew and saying "it tastes just like home," couldn't they contact the athletes directly without breaking rules? Is the collective just to facilitate and encourage NIL arrangements or is it the only NCAA approved way for a student-athlete to earn money from their name, image and likeness?

Bridgeport doesn't have a collective for their NIL deals for their gymnastic athletes.

The winner is Macklin Celebrini, 17 year old BU freshman, the youngest winner ever. He is also projected to be the #1 player in the draft.
