Not unsurprising, we have a bit of a turnover fest going

Nice win tonight.
Next game the crowd and opponent will be VERY different, let’s hope we are not overwhelmed early.

Great moment between the UTM coach and McCormack in the handshake line. Her smile was a mile wide

1991 win over Maryland mentioned 25 times. 35 year coach of that HC squad mentioned zero times.

Guess the UTM coach wasn't blowing smoke after all. Congratulations Holy Cross on a great win in the Big Dance! Onto Iowa.

HC-Iowa connection: Dr Eddie Anderson who coached the great Nile Kinnick his senior year when he won the Heisman Trophy in '39. Anderson's '39 team was one of the greatest in Iowa's history. Kinnick , a war hero died defending our nation in WWII. Anderson was a long time head coach at HC before & after his 2 stints at Iowa. Might be a good hook for the media.

Watching tonight it's difficult to understand how we managed to lose 12 games, but at least we're peaking at the most opportune time. Callie Wright starting is a difference maker.

It was insulting to the women on both teams who played the 4th quarter to not have any name mentioned by the announcers as the play went on. And Beth Mowins played at Lafayette.

Kinnick and Osmanski the 2 best players he ever coached. Read his book he didn't like Iowa because he could not run his teams up the hills!

I’ve watched all or parts of 90 pct of our games and I didn’t recognize that team tonight - have not played with that efficiency any other time (maybe the game at Lafayette) But let’s remember UT-M lost by 30 in their conference championship game. How do we game plan for Iowa ?

I didn't even notice the announcers noting when Hannah Griffin went in that her mother is the coach of St. Joseph's. That stuff is de riguere for most announcing teams.

How do we game plan for Iowa ? It's been mentioned before that UT, since they clinched the NCAA berth in the semis, did not play their starters in the championship game.

Or a triangle and 2 with the 2 on Clark. Let the others beat you if they can The key to keep it reasonably close and prevent a rout is not turning the ball over, especially live ball turnovers.
