If you want to be a successful D1 program then spend the money. If you want a participation medal spend less than what your peers do. Pretty simple. You'd have to be a dummy not to know that HC spent less than most PL teams. Hopefully things are changing.

ACTP- There is more than one team in the PL that have winning, competitive minor sports teams.

Our football and basketball dollars are so wasted.....imagine, almost 10MM/yr (including W hoop).....sorry, but absolutely pissing $$$ away as currently constituted.

Holy Cross is getting more than any of the NBE schools other than Villanova. As this was based on 2013-14 scollies, HC would have received more if the formula had been based on a later year because of the football ramp-up.
