Welcome to the family, Jacob!
WORCESTER, Mass. – Holy Cross head men’s basketball coach Bill Carmody announced today that Jacob Grandison (Oakland, Calif.) has signed a national letter of intent to attend Holy Cross and play for the Crusaders. Grandison will be one of six players joining the Holy Cross program in the fall of 2017.
A 6-foot-6, 195-pound small forward, Grandison is currently completing a post-graduate year at Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, N.H., playing for head coach Jay Tilton. During the 2016-2017 season, he helped Phillips Exeter to the NEPSAC Class A championship and earned Most Valuable Player honors after scoring 20 points against Suffield in the championship game. Grandison also took home third team Class A All-New England honors, while hitting 49 percent of his three-point field goal attempts. He previously attended Berekely (Calif.) High School, and played AAU ball for Team Lillard.

The first Phillips Exeter player to lead his team to the Class A title and earn tournament MVP honors has had a pretty interesting college career . . . www.mgoblue.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/duncan_robinson_919397.html
