MM w/a career high in points tonight - 13. Was 4-for-5 from 3-point range in 13 minutes of action.
Even though it was against the Knicks, it still counts.

I watched Miller on MSG last evening vs the Knicks.
Malcolm Miller played the entire 4th quarter and scored 13 points on 4 of 5 three pointers.. Walt Frazier's comment "Man what a touch Miller has from deep." His first three was from 27 feet out. His only miss was a blocked three by Mitchell Robinson. He's shooting 63% from three this year and 48% for his career. Pretty cool to watch. He looks like he definitely belongs and is better than at least 5 or 6 players on the Knicks right now.

While I don’t get MSG, one of my visiting sons from NYC has MSG on his laptop and saw Malcolm’s performance after his first 3.
He really has a great arc on his shot and “tickled the twines” as 4acre used to say.
He definitely is NBA quality and proud he is a fellow alum.

What a shame Malcolm was such a late bloomer we never really got the benefit of having an NBA caliber talent playing in the PL

Maybe, if so, he would have transferred Muscala didn't. McCollum didn't.
The kids Milan Brown brought in were all high quality people, loyal to him and Holy Cross.

Transferring is not a magic pill. You have to sit out an entire year. At least Malcom got some pay during his first year as a pro in what would have been his fifth unpaid college year if he transferred.

Mitch Hahn was transferring either way, right? Most likely, but obviously impossible to be 100 percent certain

I actually agree that he was a late bloomer, in the sense that I feel like it took him a while to figure out how good he could be. Although I can't find it, I am certain he was quoted in an article in high school how he had always heard about his "potential". He never had dominant numbers in high school either.

Everybody in the area kept waiting for him to be consistent. those that followed him closely in high school suggest it just took him time to develop confidence in himself and his game

What he did have, however, was a lot of grit and gumption to stay in the game. He would not be playing for the reigning world champion NBA team if that were not true.

The Raptors, still with two front court starters out, were down by 19 after three quarters. With MM playing most of the fourth, total of 17 mins, the Raptors outscored The Mavs,in the fourth, 47-21, to win . MM did not score, but had 6 rebs, 3 steals and 2 assists. He had a team second best rating of +29, much higher than all the starters, all of whom had -20 and higher numbers
