So the 1-3-1 is still the base D? They just said Lopez had 3 fouls. Who's running the baseline?

We are much better coached than SHU.

Wonder if the '92 clan is behind the HC bench......seems pretty dead there.
Sure, there were mistakes, but even experienced teams have opening game jitters........I'll take an 11 point lead at the half anytime in an opener.

I've been so focused on the top of the zone (where CG had a couple of nice players). Really not sure who was in back most of the time. Announcers several times mentioned the "length" of the HC defense was bothering SHU.

Ziggy looks to have entered the group of Trust. In addition to hitting the 3, he got on the defensive glass a couple of times.

An 11 point lead with the frosh playing a lot of minutes. Most importantly, they are playing with confidence. They have SH's Lopez sitting the last 2+ minutes in the first half with 3 fouls. We are actually getting rebounds, hitting our 3's and causing lots of SH turnovers. Now, let's see how the 2nd half plays out,

The D on the perimeter definitely caused several of the turnovers.

Perhaps both teams will settle down a bit in the second half, and they'll be a few less turnovers. Looking for my guy Faw to get his first hoop.
