Massey makes American a big 14 point favorite (71-57) with a 91% chance for the win. Ouch

did not watch but AU only had 7 turnovers - looks like the most important stat, along with Manis playing only 21 minutes and fouling out. I think she's worn out
Waited for this loss to state this fact: This is now the first graduating class to have a losing season in all four years (that's in 43 years of womens basketball at HC) Sad.
Likely Saturday will be the best (only?) remaining chance for Gibbons to get no.600. Really hope they pull through for the coach

Waited for this loss to state this fact: This is now the first graduating class to have a losing season in all four years (that's in 43 years of womens basketball at HC) Sad. According to the record book, the Class of 1980 also had four losing seasons - back when it was a D3 program, and BG was a student at Clark. www.goholycross.com/fls/33100/sports/w-basketball/15-16/PDFs/Archives/YBY_TeamRecords_Captains.pdf?DB_OEM_ID=33100Remember vividly when Fontana and Andrews signed their LOIs, - Gibbons talked realistically (or so we thought) of Holy Cross evolving into a Top 50 program and getting '12th or better seeding in the tournament so that we could play a first round game on a neutral court. Hasn't quite turned out that way.

This is so sad. He wants that win so bad for his father and they just continue to loose.

You are concerned about how the coach feels? Have you been to a game and looked at the players faces? Your concerns are misplaced.

I don’t see it as either/or. Please get him #600 and get the players a fresh start next season.

Agreed - seems like this is a difficult time for the coach off the court. There will be ample time for all to re-assess during the off-season.

Just hope they get him the W vs Colgate... not winning that game would be rock bottom for the program on a number of levels.
