This year’s game in Cambridge will now be on Friday October 12 so we get a night game which is generally a better crowd and atmosphere. Might have to make the trip. Haven’t been to a game at Harvard since I was a student.

The game will likely be nationally televised given on NBCSN who generally broadcasts Friday Night Ivy League games.

When does Tim Murphy start complaining about one fewer days to prepare?

When does Tim Murphy start complaining about one fewer days to prepare? Hopefully, after we beat them...

This game will be available on ESPN+, the new subscriber program that espn rolled out recently. The IVY totally scrapped their digital network and their relationship with NBCSN.
Their exclusive contract with espn will probably only expand the gap between the PL and Ivy, in terms of performance on the field. Over 1100 IVY competitions will be available on espn during the 2018-19 season.

Why partner with ESPN when you can use the combo of the non-functioning Watch Stadium and the invisible CBS Sports Network?

The number of people paying for the primary purpose of watching the 1100 Ivy competitions will likely be in the triple digits, especially if you don’t include the families of Ivy student athletes.
