This group will probably keep Colgate in the mix for the first division.
The two transfers both will probably be valuable Langel has shown a great ability to attract transfers - which has kept the program above water. Burnatowski, Swopshire, Tom Rivard, Austin Tillotson, Ethan Jacobs, and Sherman-Newsome. All but one made All-PL. Colgate has applied to the NCAA for immediate eligibility for center Rapolas Ivanauskas, the Northwestern transfer who has missed almost all of the past two seasons with two separate major shoulder injuries. If he can play immediately and stay healthy, he should definitely help Colgate. The other transfer, Cummings - who is not eligible this year - should be a solid PL guard.
As for the frosh, two are apparently walk-ons: Light and Yfantopulos. Both may play at some point, but I doubt either will be a difference-maker. Richardson, the 6-5 wing from Blair, was a post-grad there. Didn't have an offer his senior year at a Western NJ H.S., but then got a summer offer from Colgate, which he quickly accepted. Had a good year at Blair and should play at 'Gate at some point. A big wild card is 7-0 205 lb center, Liam Courtney from Canada. His offers at the time he committed appear to have been from Binghamton, Illinois-Chicago, and Fort Wayne. Maybe one or two other mid-majors. Will likely be a bit of a project, but you can't teach size.

Thanks, bison. Any plans to make your 1000th post on CROSSPORTS a special one? Posted #1000 on a different thread without even realizing it was #1000. Of course, like you, there were many thousands left behind on the old board. I started posting there in early 2005.

Congrats on so many interesting contributions, both then and now!
