How does an unmanned camera provide a replay view that has value? Are these cameras with a fixed field, e.g., two cameras for each end zone?

If it's on the goal line or endline, it may tell you whether or not the ball crossed the plane or if a foot was in the end zone or not.

They should remove Georgetown from the league. Either comply or leave. Ridiculous.
On the other end...expansion of replay is making college football borderline unwatchable sometimes. GET RID OF IT.

As was explained in the announcement Georgetown is reconstructing their stadium this year. GU will have the system installed and operating for the 2019 season.

They may not have cameras available, since they need to focus some of the cameras on people kneeling on the sidelines.

Well, you could call it that. Actually, Georgetown razed the home side of its temporary stadium this summer.
