Just received this email saying that "due to overnight weather conditions" the baseball field is closed today.... ! Parking Update: PREMIER LOT (BASEBALL) CLOSED TODAY Due to overnight weather conditions, the Holy Cross Grounds Department has decided to close the Premier Lot (Baseball Lot) for parking for today's football game between Holy Cross and Dartmouth. All Premier Lot parking passes will be honored at any lot, and we encourage you to utilize West Lot parking, just across College Street from Fitton Field. For information on all football parking lots, click here. Please continue to check GoHolyCross.com and Holy Cross Athletics on Facebook and Twitter for the most up-to-date information on today's event. We look forward to seeing you this afternoon! Only a small complication, I hope. What happened in the weather department last night and will it effect the game itself?

Fairly common occurrence over the last several years. I got season tickets because I loved parking around first base, but then most of the time was not allowed in

My rain gauge registered .22 inches of rain lat night, about 12 miles SE of Worcester.

If you have a season parking pass, just park in the garage. Oh, shoot, I just gave away my secret! 😉

Unless the baseball field is in pretty bad shape, I’m surprised they would make the decision to close the field.

Stayed in HoJo lot, didn’t miss anything in that disaster of a game. RSIG stayed away.

The field got about two inches of rain mid-week, and my guess it never dried out.
Lot more divots appearing on the plating field today than in the Yale game.
