What would the over/under be on the number of titles his team would win a title but have to forfeit it later because of him?

Pitino would make St. John's a winner pretty quickly.

Even without "his own players" he might do that. With his disregard for ethics, he will add talent to that team. Also, with a record in 2018-19 of 21-13 they already a "winner" before he arrives, so your prediction is fairly safe.

I don’t think any follower of St. John’s basketball would say they ever won with Mullin, and that’s even with ekeing into the NCAA Tournament this seaso.

With 8 more wins than losses and an NCAA appearance, I believe most St John's fans would say that they "won" (as in more than hey lost). How exactly do you define "winning" if it is not scoring more than most of your opponents?

Pitino has had a great winning record at every one of his college stops. Assuming he doesn't have to go to prison for his rumored role in the Addidas scandal, no reason to think St Johns would be any different
