It's a topic worthy of debate. On one hand these are supposed to be amateurs. Having the big boys get compensated kind of turns things into nothing more than a minor league. On the other hand, is it right that HC makes millions leasing Goeff Wade's likeness to Madden football and Wade gets nothing? He agreed to play football in exchange for an college education. Should giving the school the right to sell your name and likeness be included in that deal?

Of course, yours is an academic example, Tom. Neither our Wade nor our HC is getting a dime from Madden football.
