Maybe the proper move for me would be to move on and not comment, yet I fell compelled to: Who cares about a kid who's not even started (let alone played) his sophomore year of high school?

I am not sure how long AAU hoops has been a going concern but I think it has been many years and unfortunately it has changed drastically the nature of high school and college hoops. Couple that with the constant need many youngsters have for praise and affirmation and if your living depends on recruiting your men to your program and probably to a lesser extent, young women, you had better be in on these kids very early or you will find probably find yourself on the outside looking in.
