It's going to be awful difficult to keep him from getting to the rim.

Match up tomorrow will be interesting
If the game tomorrow, or any future game, is called tightly it is unlikely to be a positive for HC. As we might remember last year Faw fouled out playing a handful of minutes.
Also, last year with Green on the floor they pressured the ball on the perimeter forcing us to start the offense another 3-5 feet away from the basket and that might give Austin some trouble?
AU is a team that is close to putting it together, and they have some good minutes offensively, but watching them play it appears as if something is missing- chemistry or other issues.

Massey has American as a 13 point favorite over (78-53) with an 88% chance form the win.

This kid has a reputation of fouling a lot so if anything looks close, blow the whistle and call it on him. I swear there's a minimum of one a game like that 2) When Lowder was sitting earlier in the year, I couldn't figure out why opponents didn't press more often. Now Lowder gone, Reilly apparently not getting it done in practice, and Yeutter in a boot, there's almost never a real point guard in there. Pressure could be a very potent weapon for our opponents right now

Major defensive error by a Bucknell freshman.

Any word on the Kyle Copeland watch? It would be nice to see him back and playing well and for Faw to take the next step in his rapid development by being available all game without getting in foul trouble.
Thirty-five minutes of the new improved Matt Faw on a consistent basis would make the game interesting.

Does anyone know the extent of Lincoln's foot/ankle injury (not that he would be playing; just curious)?

Watching American squeak out a win earlier this year v a good Stony Brook team I thought they had excellent balance. In particular (and beyond the talented guards) , Gasperini looked like Iona's Jeff Ruland (for those who remember) down low and was pretty unstoppable. I figured he would go nuts on us this year (given the graduation of Floyd) as long as he keeps getting the ball.
(American had little problem beating us twice last year so I tend to think the pattern will continue.)
