It looks vaguely like Memorial Auditorium in Buffalo, but I'm not sure it is. I think Perry played there, though, so it could be.

It's clearly the Providence Civic Center, aka Dunk. Here's a Youtube from PC/URI, 1978. The center court logo in the video pretty clearly matches this RP picture:
Black circle, white border, the lettering fits.

HC would have played there 3 times in 1977-8, once in 78-79 and once in 79-80.
Games were against PC/Brown/PC/URI and PC, in chronological order. Could have been any game except Brown; that was a game played before a very sparse crowd.
