But people in MA might bet on Michigan-Ohio St. There will be revenue. With that money in play there might be more people pressuring athletes to shave or do other things.

At least in the pros the money is so good it's not worth it for the athletes to throw games. More tempting to college players.

I assume that if sports gambling is legalized, college athletes would still not be allowed to bet on any sport per NCAA regulations
