What is the criteria for being able to park on the baseball field for tailgating? Is it still allowed, and if you park there are you allowed to go in and out of the game?
I have heard that on Freshman field you must enter at game time and if you leave stadium you are not allowed back in. It is more convenient with the family to park on baseball field and didn't know how i would go about doing that

Given what's on the website goholycross.com (see below), it's very confusing as to who can park on the baseball field (weather permitting) now. Some donor based thing, legacy season ticket holders (God bless them for supporting the program through thick and thin if that's the case); maybe just big shots.
"How much is 2016 Football Season Parking?
Priority season ticket holder parking is available for the Purple Lot at Freshmen Field, and easy access in the Parking Garage for $25 per space. Priority season ticket holder parking is ONLY available to current 2016 Football Season Ticket Holders. To check your parking pass eligibility call 1-844-GOCROSS. Parking may be found as a "Suggested Item" online as you are ordering your season tickets. The options/amount you are eligible for will be available under your season ticket order details before you confirm your order.
How do I order Single Game Parking?
Single game parking may be purchased with your single game tickets for that days game. Once you have confirmed your game tickets you will be asked to log-in or create an account. You will be able to add single game parking in either the Parking Garage or Freshman Field after you have logged in. If you order single game parking online please allow 4-5 business days to mail your parking pass. Otherwise, single game parking may be purchased the day of the game starting 3 hours prior to kick-off when parking gates open OR in-person at the ticket office prior to gameday."

My understanding is that baseball field/garage are only for season ticket holders who also pay extra for the privilege.
I got the parking pass and don't believe it is for being a Gridiron Club/Crusader Athletics Fund member or any other reason but solely because I am a season ticket holder.
I know I personally posted before that I was confused, and still am, as to how/why/who gets the parking pass but I am pretty sure the baseball field and garage are not open for ad hoc parking on game day.
