Nice article on this years rule changes and points of emphasis this year. Not sure what specifically it means for HC, but look for a lot of traveling violations especially and double fouls in the post early as players and refs adjust.

Thanks for that link to an important explanation. If HC scores from outside the perimeter, a lot of this won't matter on offense, but it could make a difference with HC's. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
