Merrimack beat us and is 102, we beat Yale and they are 73. We can improve by beating Monmouth and Harvard who are both ahead of us.

It is what it is but Merrimack is being very underrated in these rankings....they nearly won at Orono this past Saturday.
These next 2 games would be nice W's if we happen to trip up somewhere in PL play for at-large playoff purposes.

Let’s just be real about the playoff at large bid talk, THE ONLY WAY would would have a shot at this point (if we lose a heartbreaker to Fordham) would be to win the next 2 weeks against Monmouth and Harvard and be 9-2. And I’m not even sure that would get us in considering how bad the PL is. Yes, there are those first 4 games with the last 8 teams in (24 total) but would the committee really put 2 teams from the PL in and send one to the NEC champion and the other to the #4 CAA team? The NEC probably looks more deserving at this point to get 2 team’s in over the PL (hopefully Merrimack finishes top 2 in the NEC since they aren’t eligible which would eliminate a spot)…We would need Yale and Harvard to finish in the top 3 in the IL and Monmouth to still run the table if they lose to us to finish 9-2 with their only FCS loss to us. Kennesaw St from the Big South had a great win over Wofford on Saturday. So the Big South also looks likely to get 2 teams in with Monmouth and Kennesaw St
Our best (and maybe only) chance for post season play is to win the PL.

I agree at large bid would be almost impossible. League games are most important root against Fordham.
With that said the committee puts a lot of Big sky and Missouri valley teams in.
