I think this thread qualifies as "political" and should be deleted. hoops you can do this yourself if you agree. While we would like to think matters concerning the Supreme Court are not "political," Gore vs. Bush and the current holding of consideration for the vacancy speaks otherwise. Clarence's confirmation hearings were "political". Just ditch this.

While the Supreme Court, as a topic, may be rightly deemed political, Clarence Thomas IS a Holy Cross alumnus; Secretary and Former President Clinton are not.
