The Bison are the worst of the PL - I think Lehigh will win in Lewisburg Lehigh has been competitive against the top two teams in the league

I play a lot of USTA tennis. Winning or losing is completely irrelevant in the ratings; the result that was predicted by the computer algorithm is all that matters. So if you win a close game against a weak opponent you may end up worse off vis-a-vis a weak team that achieves a close loss against a strong team.

Lehigh is ranked ahead of Bucknell because they played so closely against Fordham.

In my opinion the fact that Monmouth (36) is ahead of us in the rankings is a joke!
We destroyed them at that dump Kessler Stadium. We beat an FBS team they lost 50-15.
They are 5-3 HC 6-2
I am done caring about rankings.
The high school Worcester Tech where I work at. football team just went 7-1. Ranked 27 for their division. 16 teams make the playoffs. 3 Win teams from Eastern Mass are making it over them. "Because there schedule is tougher"
I am sick of it.

Having grown up mostly in eastern MA, and later having lived in central MA, I think there always has been and still is an eastern MA bias. A big one.

Eleven of the top 17 in the Massey composite ranking are either in the MVFC or the Big Sky. It's going to be well nigh impossible for HC to evah crack the Top 10 unless we are undefeated with an FBS scalp etc etc The Merrimack loss is probably a real anchor on our rating this year. At 7-1, we'd probably be in the Top 25. The PL is currently rated above the NEC...if you're looking for some silver lining

Monmouth reminds me a bit of Villanova before adding the scoreboard in '09 and the new athletic building at the endzone. Talley Center I think it's called. I remember the playoff game at 'Nova. They had just put in new turf that year and had a new scoreboard.

Villanova is/was not a one-sided stadium. One sided places, no matter how nice (which Monmouth is), still reek of high school.
