these guys are not as tall as Syracuse, of course, where our starters had a deficit of PG (6 inches), SG (9 inches), SF (2 inches), PF (2 inches), C (2 inches) versus their starters, never mind when 7-2 Paschal Chukwu (all name team for sure) came in to play center. So, let's hope that has a very positive effect on the play of the game.... UMass's big guy, Rashaan Holloway is very prone to getting in foul trouble, e.g. 4 fouls in 14 minutes vs Mississippi and 4 in 17 minutes vs UM-Lowell

UMass plays at the fastest pace in the country...HC at pretty much the slowest. UMass isn't going to be able to play at the pace they want to vs HC..HC doesn't go to the O boards, they retreat to the Defensive end..this will make UMass slow down and run more half court stuff..We have to shoot it well to be in the game, and I think our offense will give UMass a lot of problems...

Another lopsided loss would not be unexpected on Sunday. Our team has looked lethargic, slow and basically uninterested in the first two games. Something better change soon and I will tell you what, it should start with an attitude. Let's at least make an effort. Harvard, Monmouth and Albany coming up. Where is this team going to get a win if they keep sleepwalking. Wake up and play harder !!! Look at the name on the uniform and get tougher.

If we are over matched, we need to recruit better athletes. We need more big men and less small guards

If we are over matched, we need to recruit better athletes. We need more big men and less small guards Relax the enrollment requirements, get some of the kids who are "marginal" HC students but are better players than the one who can get in and see if that changes anything!
