Men’s Basketball Announces Four-Member Class of 2027
Story LinksCAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard University men's basketball will welcome four first-years to the program for the start of the 2023-24 season as part of the Class of 2027, Tommy Amaker, The Thomas G. Stemberg '71 Family Endowed Coach for Harvard Men's Basketball, announced on Wednesday.
Harvard men's basketball's Class of 2027 includes forward Luca Ace-Nasteski (Manly, Australia), forward Thomas Batties II (Washington, D.C.), guard Malik Mack (Oxon Hill, Md.), and guard Xavier Nesbitt (Chicago, Ill.).
The class includes two guards and two forwards with two student-athletes who played high school basketball in Washington, D.C., a player from Chicago, and an international student-athlete from Australia. The group includes the Gatorade Player of the Year from Washington, D.C. in Mack, a pair of All-State selections in Batties and Nesbitt, and Ace-Nasteski, who completed his prep career at IMG Academy in Florida.
