What a great job by the staff, especially all Curran&Co. So refreshing to see the new staff develop a relationship with a great talent, and I'm sure a terrific kid, in such a short period.
I saw the conjecture about a possible DB, does anyone have a feeling if it's someone already publicly offered or another rabbit in a hat?

In this second signing I believe we know about Earle, Moss, Haas, Graham, Rood, McSweeney.
It wouldn’t shock me if we saw additions of:

1 OL (maybe 2)

3 DE

Taysom Hill of the NO Saints is one of two players in NFL history to (A) have 10+ rushing touchdowns; (B) 10+ receiving touchdowns, and (C) throw 10+ touchdown passes. The other was a pretty fair player: Frank Gifford. I would have guessed that Paul Hornung did so but he threw only 5 TD passes. I know this only because I looked this up some time ago when I heard the comparisons to Matt Sluka. I had not heard of Hill as I don't follow the NFL very closely now. Hill is known as the "Mormon Missile" and went to BYU, not making the NFL until age27, presumably because he went on a multi-year mission. He's quite a weapon for the SAINTS. |
