goholycross.com/news/2023/10/2/womens-ice-hockey-womens-hockey-announces-new-staff-additions-for-the-2023-24-season.aspxUnfortunately it appears Meredith Roth our associate head coach last year has left foe the same position with Harvard. I thought she was a bright spot on the staff, coaching the team to victories (including at Frozen Fenway) while HCKL was with Team USA. She seemed to do a good job with our offense. One new assistant has bounced around Europe and played a fifth year at PC. Another is a former standout goalie at Cornell. Good additions but I fear our offense will only get worse without Roth. Good luck to her at Harvard (who has a new head coach after their pervious head unceremoniously retired following some verbal abuse allegations).

So is that an ENTIRE new staff for Women's Hockey besides the head coach?

If Roth took the Harvard job last year with Katie Stone either getting ready to retire or be pushed out, it makes sense career wise--chance at a head coaching position in ECAC. To take an associate head job in ECAC after having the same in HE means either there was an issue with the staff or with compensation. Either way not a great look for HC and not too promising for us. I was hoping she might be our next head coach.
