What court are they playing on? It looks like instead of turning the clock forward an hour they turned it back 50 years instead. Looks like the original Bucknell gym.

Many stops due to equipment issues. Bucknell was assessed a technical because of clock issues.
Bucknell up 27-20 with 8:37 left in the 2nd Q.

Apparently a conflict with a wrestling tournament. BU up a bunch early but AU cuts the lead to 7 Bucknell never envisioned they'd be in either the 8/9 or 7/10 game when they made this schedule for Sojka Pavilion.

As mentioned, they are playing in Davis Gym, which I believe was built in 1939, due to a conflict with Sojka Pavilion hosting the EIWa wrestling championships. Davis Gym was Bucknell’s basketball arena until 2002. It used to have at least twice as many seats as now, they took out the seats close to the court and also took out the student seating at both ends, in order to accommodate volleyball. Many of Bucknell’s wrestling meets are also held there, and it is used occasionally for basketball practices.

However, even if they had, I’m sure they would’ve been happy to host the EIWA. It is a big money maker, and also prestigious in the wrestling community.

Perhaps, but can BU put together 2 good shooting games in a row? Defense was not a significant factor tonight.

Perhaps, but can BU put together 2 good shooting games in a row? Defense was not a significant factor tonight. For sure the defense seemed absent for the most part or players just hitting shots at a rate they don't usually. I think what makes Bucknell a scary game is that they are showing they can win either style and have more scorers now than they did earlier. We seem to have less; that may be more perception than reality but without Bronagh playing big, our O struggles. This is going to be a tough game.

What made it even better was Bucknell clobbered HC at Davis a week earlier to clinch first place.
